1. Introduction

Welcome to the Statville Premier League (SPL) Hub. By accessing or using our website, database, and minigames, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, such as the Coach Dashboard and Fantasy Minigame, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. SPL Fantasy Minigame Rules

By participating in the SPL Fantasy Minigame, you agree to the following strict constraints:

• Roster Locks: You may not buy, sell, or swap players, nor change your Captain, during active Matchweeks. The market automatically locks 2 hours prior to the first match of the matchweek and unlocks once all results are processed.
• Eligible Matches: Only official "League Matches" count toward Fantasy Points. Goals, assists, and appearances in Friendlies, Cups, or Exhibitions will not yield fantasy points.
• Captaincy: The player designated as your Captain will earn 2x points for the duration of the matchweek.
• Fair Play: Exploitation of market prices, multiple account creation (smurfing), or manipulating match results to boost fantasy points will result in an immediate ban from the league ecosystem.

4. League Governance

The SPL Administration reserves the right to modify player stats, fantasy prices, team budgets, and account privileges at their sole discretion to maintain the balance and integrity of the league.
